Air & Water Show

The Blue Angels were out today, practicing for this weekend’s Air and Water Show.  They flew in tight formation around the edges of downtown, and it was a pretty impressive sight.  The show this weekend should be really entertaining – it’s completely free, and will feature not only the Blue Angels, but also the U.S. Army Parachute Team Golden Knights, who will be tandem-jumping with Chicago native Vince Vaughn.  The best place to catch it will be anywhere from Fullerton to Oak Street, with North Ave Beach being the focal point.
